Lead Process Data Analyst - HR Learning 8373

The objective of the Digital HR project is to modernize and streamline the HR information system landscape in the bank. You will work within the Learning Workstream of the project and provide the Lead with your Learning Technology expertise.

Your Qualifications:
  • Experienced as Digital Project Lead, in Business Architecture, Learning Technology Expert, Digital Learning Subject Matter Expert, or in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of data integration and data analytics with strong skills in SQL Server ETL Processing, Cloudera, and Power BI - Oracle HCM knowledge is a plus
  • Good understanding of a learning delivery model with strong project management in large migration projects
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, ability to challenge the status quo
  • Proven partnership skills with particular attention to stakeholder management
  • Proactive self-starter who accepts ownership and accountability for his/her results
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
  • Work within the Learning Workstream of the Digital HR project and provide the Lead with your Learning Technology expertise
  • Replace the current on-premises system with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a massive impact on all the tools and services
  • Collaborate with the assigned system integration partner to provide inputs into design activities, review functionalities, validate configuration decisions, check conversion data to confirm the validity, and coordinate reporting and analytical definitions
