Production Controller – Country Groups (w/m/d)

In this role, you will act as an independent sparring partner for our client's country groups and, as a business partner, develop important decision-making principles for the management.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a production controller with higher education in finance and/or business administration (Uni/FH/HF)
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products as well as ERP systems such as D365FO and Power BI or similar
- Communicative personality who enjoys further developing established processes with business stakeholders and contributing their ideas
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluent in English, German is a nice to have
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop important decision-making principles as a business partner for the Executive Board and Management and ensure Group reporting by Swiss GAAP FER
- Define KPIs in the role of business analyst, measure target achievements and discuss results with relevant stakeholders
- Advise and support the market organizations and continue to expand the product range controlling and production cost controlling
- Support in setting up and further developing controlling in Power BI and optimizing the data structure
- Support the monthly and annual reporting and the entire planning process
