Your Qualifications:
- 6+ work experience as a Sourcing and Procurement Manager within a management consultancy
- Experience in leading and managing Procurement transformation and costs optimization
- Versed in managing change programs with risk management and ESG goals
- Good understanding of the technology solutions for sourcing and procurement
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Fluent in English, German and/or French
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage procurement projects in national and international companies across all sectors
- Play a critical part in shaping the future ways of working for clients in consideration of recent ESG trends
- Drive business expansion via business development activities and project delivery, further strengthening the growing capability
- Apply leading strategic sourcing methodologies and practices for cost optimization, including ESG and GHG requirements if necessary
- Manage design and implementation of new procurement operating models and develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results
- Develop an international professional network across the firm and with clients
