For this assignment, we are looking for a junior profile, ideally with first work experience within the banking area to support the Business Service Manager.
Your Qualifications:
- First working experience within the financial sector
- Some understanding of business and/or IT service management
- Prior experience in the field of client onboarding would be a plus
- IT affinity
- Customer-focused and service-oriented personality with a proactive "doer" mentality
- Excelling as a team player, and interacting effortlessly with others
- Great communication skills in German and English
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Service Manager in driving service improvements for productivity gains, closely collaborating with business units and enabling functions like Risk, Legal, and Compliance
- Be part of the handling of incidents and support changes for business services and applications
- Give business support to operational functions
- Aiding the Management team in budgeting, including forecasting, resource management, demand planning, etc.
- Contributing to bank-wide projects
- Handle incidents as L1 for business issues and be the contact person for operational teams for applications in teams responsible for incidents observed
- Ensure business support in all aspects of the operational and enabling functions to ensure no productivity, customer, partner, or financial impact
- Support the management team in administrative activities under their supervision
